Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vessel chartering, freight negotiations, and demurrage management.
Oversee product loading, storage, and transfer in compliance with international standards.
Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and inspection companies to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor real-time shipment tracking and resolve logistical bottlenecks quickly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during product movement.
Prepare operational reports covering timelines, costs, and efficiency.
