Brokerage & Trade Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, vet, and negotiate supply contracts with GCC refineries, traders, and distributors.

  • Maintain strong relationships with African off-takers, ensuring clarity in delivery terms, payment schedules, and product quality.

  • Prepare, review, and manage trade agreements, spot deals, and term contracts.

  • Monitor global crude and refined product price movements to advise management and partners.

  • Ensure transparent communication between suppliers and buyers to reduce trade disputes.

  • Represent the company at industry forums, trade fairs, and stakeholder meetings.

Operations & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vessel chartering, freight negotiations, and demurrage management.

  • Oversee product loading, storage, and transfer in compliance with international standards.

  • Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and inspection companies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor real-time shipment tracking and resolve logistical bottlenecks quickly.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during product movement.

  • Prepare operational reports covering timelines, costs, and efficiency.

Finance & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure letters of credit (LCs), guarantees, and payment instruments for international trade.

  • Monitor cash flows, profit margins, and transaction costs for each trade deal.

  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and sanctions regulations.

  • Conduct risk assessments on counterparties and provide recommendations to management.

  • Manage financial audits, tax compliance, and cross-border regulatory reporting.

  • Develop financial models to evaluate profitability of trade structures and partnerships.

Business Development & Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new African markets and buyers for GCC refined products and crude exports.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers, offtakers, and government agencies.

  • Structure co-loading and re-export models to maximize efficiency and profit sharing.

  • Develop proposals and presentations to attract investors and strategic partners.

  • Conduct market research on emerging oil & gas trends, pricing, and trade regulations.

  • Negotiate joint ventures, supply chain collaborations, and strategic alliances.
